( SPECIALTY ) CUSTOM FABRICATION

Built from metal, not a catalog.

When bolt-on parts don't cut it, we cut steel. S&P Off-Road designs and fabricates custom bumpers, rock sliders, skid plates, roll cages, exhaust, and one-off brackets for trucks, Jeeps, and off-road rigs. MIG and TIG welding in-house.

Frequently asked

What kind of fabrication do you do?+

We build custom front and rear bumpers, rock sliders, skid plates, roll cages, interior cages, exhaust modifications, and one-off brackets and mounts. MIG and TIG welding in-house.

Can you build a bumper to fit my winch and lights?+

Yes. Every bumper we build is made for your specific vehicle and setup. Winch mounts, light tabs, D-ring shackle mounts, and sensor cutouts are all part of the design process.

Do you do roll cages for off-road racing?+

We build roll cages and interior cages for trail rigs, prerunners, and recreational off-road vehicles. Full-competition cages with certification requirements should be discussed in advance.

What materials do you weld?+

We work with mild steel, DOM tubing, and aluminum. MIG for speed on heavy-gauge work, TIG for precision on thin wall tubing, aluminum, and show-quality finishes.

How long does a custom fabrication project take?+

Simple bracket or mount jobs can be same-day. Bumpers and sliders usually run 2–4 days. Full cage builds or complex multi-piece projects can take 1–2 weeks depending on design and powder-coating lead times.
